Texecom’s Ricochet mesh networking wireless technology delivers security for home or business. Scale of systems can be anything from 8 zones up to 640 zones. the range of a Ricochet enabled wireless system is greater than previous systems, with multiple devices capable of relaying messages to and from even the most remote locations in a building.
The Texecom connect SmartCom is an Ethernet + WiFi communicator. This connects to a premier elite panel to a local area network.
This then allows you to take control of your security systems from home via the Texecom connect app on a compatible smartphone or tablet device. Receive notifications or system events. Also add smart plugs and control your devices such as lights through the app.
For clients who require their system to be monitored, we use the Dualcom pro range. The Grade shift pro radio/radio uses two active 4G worldsims. One as the primary and one as the secondary path. Each sim operates on an independent network from the other & their own radio module for total resilience.
As an NSI approved installed, we will apply for a URN (Unique Reference Number) from your local police force to enable Police response on a confirmed alarm via the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC)
